January Buys

Hey,

I’ve wanted to start a fashion blog for about a year now and after much procrastination I’ve decided to just crack on (my bestfriend told me to just get on with it). Since I’m studying Fashion communication and styling it makes sense for me to practise my photography skills and share my style & thoughts with whoever wants to read. So please bare with me whilst I get used to using my new website.

I want to start off with my top new buys from January so far because I’ve just bought so much this month. I’ve linked everything at the bottom too.

I literally only just bought this faux fur coat from Lasula. I wanted it the first time it came out but it went out of stock by the time I came round to buying it so I was so happy when it came back in. I got a size S (I’m usually 6/8) in coats and it fits really well it’s tight but spacious. It’s quite thin and I haven’t worn it outside yet but I think paired with a jumper in the day it would be warm enough and obviously it would look great over a dress for occasion.

Secondly I got this outfit from H&M which I don’t usually buy that much from but I think at the moment they have some really nice affordable pieces. The trousers are really comfy and at the bottom it’s got zip’s so if you feel like having a flare tracksuit bottom day then you can! I got this top in the sale and it was only £4 ! They were basically giving it away and I knew it would look good tucked into the trousers.

I think I saw this playsuit last year and I really loved the sleeves but at the time I just didn’t think it was me so that’s why I didn’t buy it ages ago. I picked it up In the Zara sale a couple of weeks ago and I love it. I can’t wait to go on a summer holiday and stroll around with this paired with some sandles/wedges. I couldn’t find this exact dress online so I’ve linked a similar one below.

Who doesn’t love Calvin Klein? this bra is the comfiest bra I own and I picked it up from Urban Outfitters in the SALE! for £25 and here I’ve paired it with this shirt from Zara. I’ve linked an oversized shirt below as couldn’t find this one online.

Next I found this jumper hiding away in H&M I took the last one on Oxford St and not sure if they will be restocking but they do have a grey one which they had loads of. It’s the perfect throw on cosy jumper you can wear around the house. I have lived in this jumper since I bought it. I got a M and it’s a little oversized but I love big cosy jumpers.

This Coat from Topshop I did get a couple of months ago but I have barely worn it so it’s basically still brand new. It’s the puffiest coat I own and it’s so warm so I’m making it my go-to now it’s gotten so cold! I got a size 6 in this coat and it’s really oversized I probably should’ve gotten a 4.

Lastly I got some Burgundy boots in the sale from Zara and they are SO comfy. The only thing about them is that there isn’t a zip and they scratch really easily. These were in the sale and I can’t find them online anymore but I’ve linked a Red pair which are just as gorgeous.
