I’m a lover of denim and always have been. So easy to style things together with jeans – you can put them with pretty much anything you want. You can go for comfy cosy and pair them with a sweater and trainers (usually my option) or you can pair them with a shirt and heels/boots. You have full control depending on your mood for that day!
Double denim is another, that has made a comeback. Well known for being a massive trend in the 80’s and you have to do it right. If you don’t know the do’s and don’ts then have a little research first. I personally am a fan of double denim on some people, I however prefer to do it black on black.
I only ever buy my jeans from Topshop as you may know if you’ve read my 90’s style post. Ripped jeans are my favourite and these ones from Topshop are such a snug, comfortable fit. I love dressing these down and pairing them with trainers, more of an everyday look.
I have a few denim jackets but when I saw this one from Missy Empire I had to have it. It matched the jeans I’d just bought a few days before so it was a no brainer. It’s really good quality and I love the massive holes in the back.
I love the way an outfit can make you feel, sassy, cool, sexy, confident, independent and I’m sure there’s many many more. This one makes me feel cool, comfortable and chilled – something I wear when I’m in a laid back casual mood. I prefer to pair outfits with trainers, mainly for comfort and I’ve always loved Adidas, so I had to pair this outfit with the classics.
