If you know me personally, you’ll know I’m obsessed with handbags. I always have been and I always will be, not long ago I bought my first ever expensive leather handbag so I’m so excited to share this red backpack with you. I am also recently obsessed with red, I wrote a blog post on how red makes me feel Bold, Badass and Brave. Why Red is my new favourite colour and for months the high street has been full of this bold and badass colour.

David Hampton is a timeless and luxurious leather handbag company, for men and for women. I’ve had my eye on the Poppy for a couple of weeks now since they got in contact with me and I couldn’t wait to receive this beauty. David Hampton say they mix “style with elegance with practicality and durability” which with this backpack you can clearly see.

I’ve never owned a backpack, I usually wear a shoulder bag or carry one on my forearm on daily basis. When I saw this red poppy bag, I was so drawn to it, I wanted to try a new style. It’s light and I can fit in there my purse, bottle of water, camera and keys, what more do I need right?  It’s becoming increasingly important to invest in timeless pieces as there are so many cheap, poor quality handbags on the market with all the fast fashion available at the moment. Investing in a piece that is premium quality is always value for money as you get your money’s worth. You get what you pay for…

This bag is available in a range of vibrant colours, red, aztec yellow, cocoa, sapphire, Jaipur pink and petrol, making this a statement piece to any outfit. I’ve styled my red backpack with a long line houndstooth coat and a pair of vinyl leggings, with the classic Nike silver bullet 97 trainers. As I mentioned red is my favourite colour so I’ve styled this with a red jumper.

The adjustable straps make it easy to fit different sizes and the pocket at the back is a necessity for keeping your keys and valuable belongings safe. You can find all their styles HERE
